CHICAGO – April 9, 2026 — TorreBlanc announced that Joanna Herrick, Partner and Chief Growth Officer, has been elected to the Board of Women Investment Professionals (WIP) Chicago, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women in the investment management industry.
Herrick has been an active WIP member since 2021 and has contributed in multiple leadership roles, including serving as Co-Chair of the Programming Committee. Her involvement has included participating on and moderating panels, recruiting industry leaders, and supporting programming focused on artificial intelligence and other topics shaping the investment management industry. She has also supported initiatives aimed at broadening WIP’s reach across the Midwest and East Coast, helping expand opportunities for women to network and advance their careers.
In her role as Chief Growth Officer at TorreBlanc, Herrick leads global business development and manages senior‑level client relationships spanning boutique to large global asset managers, while overseeing the firm’s global relationship management across international stakeholders and partners.
Based in Chicago, Herrick is committed to strengthening the local and national investment management community and expanding leadership opportunities for women across the industry.
